Padmaja Reddy is the Promoter, and Managing Director of Keertana. Prior to this, she founded Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited, took it from a humble not-for-profit beginning to one of the largest MFIs in the country. She scripted a turnaround story of Spandana which went in CDR post 2010 Microfinance crisis, by reviving it and taking it to IPO in less than two years. She is currently serving as Non-Executive Director on the Board of Spandana. She has over 24 years of experience in financial services and Development domains. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and has pursued trainings on Microfinance from Naropa University, Durham University Business School and Harvard Business School.

Mr. Vijaya Sivarami Reddy was part of the founding team of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited, the second largest microfinance institution in India till November, 2021. He has been associated with Spandana, since its inception and played crucial role in setting up the operations of the company in its initial stages. He was in-fact the branch manager of Spandana’s very first branch in Guntur town of Andhra Pradesh. He later served as a regional manager and was involved in various operational roles over the years. He has always been an investor in Spandana since its inception in 2003 and continues to be an investor. He holds a Master’s Degree in English Literature. Before working with Spandana, he worked as a lecturer and assumed administrative roles with educational institutions for close to 10 years.

Mr. Mahesh is a senior Banker with diverse experience in the field of banking and financial services sector at leadership roles. He was a Business Head at IDFC First Bank with primary focus on Corporate NBFC loans, securitization, risk management, compliance and structuring transactions. He has multi decade experience at senior positions in Private Equity Funding, Treasury, Fixed Income, Capital Markets and Corporate Finance. He is a strategic thinker with analytical bend and has proven track record of building profitable businesses.

Vara Prasad is a veteran Banker turned Agri-preneur with over 17 years of experience in various banks and financial institutions. He has held diverse positions of responsibility during his professional career spanning BASIX, ICICI Bank, ABN/RBS and his last assignment with IndusInd Bank, prior to starting up. He last served as Vice President and Business Head for Inclusive Banking Business at the Bank. He is currently the Founder and Managing Director of S.Trace Agri Business Solutions, an Agri-Tech company which is end-end, full stack service provider to the farmers, set up with a vision to promoting climate resilient responsible agriculture, thereby enhancing wealth to farmers, health to consumers and well-being to the environment

Raghu Venkata Harish is the Co-founder, CEO and MD of Saggraha Management Services. Saggraha is a bottom of the Pyramid financial services provider with a mission to contribute to the country's financial inclusion effort. Harish has 25 years of experience in Agri, rural, banking and financial services. In his previous role, he has worked as the COO of Future Financial Services Ltd, Trident Microfinance and as a CPO at Spandana. During his long career, he was with Fullerton Rural, ICICI bank, and Madras Fertilizers in various business centric roles. Throughout her career, Amreen has demonstrated expertise in various areas, including raising funds through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), handling assignments such as Bonus Issues and dividends of listed entities, managing the reclassification of Promoter groups of listed entities, and facilitating the migration of SME listed companies to the Main Board. Amreen has been instrumental in managing Conciliation and Arbitration cases on the SEBI SMART ODR platform and actively participates in regulatory audits. Mr. Dinesh is skilled Finance professional with 18 years of rich experience and was previously Associated with Spandana sphoorty Financial Ltd as Associate vice President. He has worked in different states and roles with expertise in setting up operations, and has worked during 2010 crisis in MFI segment. He holds strong command around Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, He holds a bachelor's Degree in economics From Anna University and hails from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
